inspectors.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Materials, or equivalent).</li><li>ASNT / PCN / EN ISO 9712 NDT Level III certification in major methods (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) – additional methods like PAUT, TOFD, ET are an advantage.</li><li>Additional certification in welding inspection (CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS CWI, or equivalent) is desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, AWS, EN, etc.).</li></ul><h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>Minimum <strong>10–15 years of professional experience</strong> in Non-Destructive Testing, with at least <strong>5+ years in a supervisory/technical management role</strong>.</li><li>Proven track record in developing and qualifying NDT procedures, techniques, and personnel.</li><li>Strong experience in <strong>oil & gas, power plants, fabrication yards, and in-service inspection</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of advanced NDT (PAUT, TOFD, Digital RT, Eddy Current, etc.) is highly preferred.</li><li>Experience in audits, quality management systems (ISO 9001/17020/17025), and accreditation processes.</li></ul><h3><strong>Technical Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Development, review, and approval of NDT procedures and techniques.</li><li>Interpretation of inspection results and issuing of technical reports.</li><li>Oversight of <strong>RBI (Risk-Based Inspection)</strong>, fitness-for-service assessments, and corrosion monitoring.</li><li>Knowledge of inspection software, data analysis tools, and digital NDT applications.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making ability in complex inspection scenarios.</li></ul><h3><strong>Management & Leadership</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead and mentor NDT Level I/II inspectors, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.</li><li>Manage technical operations of the NDT department, including resource allocation, budgeting, and planning.</li><li>Provide technical support to clients and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies.</li><li>Conduct internal/external training, qualification, and certification of NDT personnel.</li><li>Liaise with clients on technical issues, bids, tenders, and project
