Job Summary We are seeking an experienced BMS Testing & Commissioning Engineer to manage the testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) across commercial, industrial, data center, and oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in HVAC controls, BMS platforms, EPMS integration, automation systems, and electrical commissioning while ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS). Commission HVAC equipment including AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, VRF/VRV systems, Pumps, VAVs, Cooling Towers, and Ventilation Systems. Conduct I/O point verification, loop checks, sensor calibration, actuator testing, and functional performance testing. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, vendors, and clients throughout project execution. Prepare commissioning reports, testing documentation, inspection records, and project handover packages.
