أخصائي تسويق وتواصل إعلاميHXC | الرياض (دوام كامل)نبذة عن الفرصة:تبحث HXC عن أخصائي تسويق وتواصل إعلامي للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض. ستساهم في تنفيذ الخطط التسويقية، إدارة المنصات الرقمية، وصناعة محتوى مؤثر يعزز حضور الشركة ويدعم أهدافها في قطاع البيانات والتقنية.المسؤوليات الأساسية:المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط التسويق والتواصل الإعلامي.إعداد وصناعة محتوى رقمي متخصص (مقالات، نصوص مرئية، إنفوجرافيكس).إدارة وتنمية قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي (Linked In, X, Instagram, You Tube).تخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات الإعلانية الممولة (Google Ads, Linked In Ads) وتتبع عوائدها.المساعدة في التنسيق الإعلامي، تنظيم الفعاليات، وبناء العلاقات المهنية.تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرقمية (KPIs) وإعداد تقارير دورية للتحسين المستمر.المتطلبات:بكالوريوس في التسويق، الاتصال والإعلام، العلاقات العامة، أو تخصص ذي صلة.خبرة 2-5 سنوات في التسويق الرقمي وإدارة المحتوى.مهارات كتابية وتحريرية ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.إجادة التعامل مع أدوات التحليل والإعلانات (مثل Google Analytics وLinked In Campaign Manager).فهم أساسي بمجالات إدارة وحوكمة البيانات (مع قابلية للتطوير أثناء العمل).إرفاق معرض أعمال (Portfolio) يوضح نماذج سابقة للمحتوى أو الحملات.المزايا:راتب ومكافآت تنافسية.بيئة عمل محفزة وداعمة للابتكار.برامج تدريب وتطوير مهني مستمر.وتوازن بين العمل والحياة الشخصية.
