<li><span>Ensure all installation work meets 16th Edition Standards of the Institute of Electrical Engineers to meet desired standard. </span></li>
<li><span>Manage the development and training of his subordinates through internal or external courses to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to install all equipment and utility services required by the Farming Division.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure that all personnel involved in electrical installation are operating within the standards as outlined in the Almarai Health & Safety Manual to provide a safe work environment for all employees.</span></li>
<li><span>Liaise with the Div. CAD Engineer to maintain an up to date folio of as built drawings of all electrical installations.</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor costs against budget and highlight any variances or potential variances and agree corrective action with the Projects Manager and Divisional Engineering Manager.</span></li>
