Generate building designs and highly detailed drawings as per the concept of client to capture client requirement. Ensure to understand the project brief and client requirements. Ensure to generate on time concept design that meets the project brief and client requirements. Ensure to contribute in obtaining on time the approval of the client on the concept design. Ensure to contribute in managing the project design as directed by the design manager and IMS procedure. Ensure the deliverables on time for all design stages; concept, schematic, detailed design and construction documents. <h3 style="font-size:18px; font-weight:700; margin:16px 0 8px;">About the Role</h3> ENGIE Middle East is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a full-time position in Al Jubail. This role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves supervising a team of maintenance foremen, technicians, and support staff. The primary objective is to manage day-to-day electrical maintenance activities at a power and desalination plant. The Electrical Engineer will also support the management of major plant outages, including those under a gas turbine long-term service agreement, to ensure the plant consistently meets critical targets for safety, environmental compliance, availability, reliability, efficiency, and budget. <h3 style="font-size:18px; font-weight:700; margin:16px 0 8px;">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul style="margin:0 0 12px; padding-inline-start:24px; list-style-type:disc; list-style-position:outside;"> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure compliance with IMS and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel and contractors, including obtaining Permits to Work and adhering to Method Statements, Work Instructions, and Procedures.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Plan, execute, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, as well as project execution and upgrades for electrical systems and equipment.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure maintenance tasks are completed as per Work Orders generated in CMMS, with all work documented accurately.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Produce necessary reports on maintenance activities and review/analyze maintenance reports and test results to recommend improvements.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure maintenance of all electrical equipment is in accordance with OEM manuals and best practices, collaborating with the Section Head Electrical for correct scheduling.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Support 24-hour plant operation by being available for call-out at short notice, performing troubleshooting, rectifying defects, and conducting Root Cause Analysis of failures.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Discuss planned and unplanned jobs with the Section Head-Electrical, and assist in outage planning, execution, and budget preparation processes.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure adequate inventories of spares and consumables are maintained, place requisitions, and ensure necessary tools and equipment are available, certified, and in good working condition.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Deliver technical advice to colleagues and contractors, apply engineering knowledge to review and update task lists, and implement initiatives to address CMMS inconsistencies.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Coach electrical technicians on equipment, Safe Work Procedures, and Operational Techniques, and support the development of Saudi Nationals through technical training and mentorship.</li> </ul> <h3 style="font-size:18px; font-weight:700; margin:16px 0 8px;">Collaboration and Reporting Structure</h3> The Electrical Engineer operates under the general guidance of the Section Head-Electrical for routine plant operations and team management. The role allows for planning and managing own areas of activity within established policy and procedural boundaries. Any extraordinary issues outside these guidelines will be referred to the Maintenance Manager or Section Head-Electrical for discussion and approval of recommended actions. Internal communications involve daily interactions with the Section Head-Electrical, Operations, and Maintenance teams, as well as regular discussions with the maintenance team regarding maintenance strategy, technical problems, and individual development needs. JOB SUMMARY Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. padding-inline-start:24px; list-style-type:disc; list-style-position:outside;"> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Successfully launch GSK's new Hematology portfolio in Saudi Arabia.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Establish strong relationships with Hematology Key External Experts, healthcare institutions, and Oncology societies.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Achieve sales targets and LEAD KPIs for the assigned territory, contributing to overall country brand and therapy area objectives.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Implement commercial strategies and offer appropriate solutions as a trusted advisor to HCPs.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Monitor product performance weekly and monthly, recommending actions through a robust territory business plan aligned with the commercial sales strategy.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Support marketing tasks and drive the implementation of the annual operational plan, including new campaign development and rollout, securing necessary medical and regulatory approvals.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Develop market intelligence and initiate the forecasting process in alignment with commercial trade channel and marketing teams.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Drive end-to-end patient solutions and tracking to support product supply, coordinating with supply chain and commercial trade channel teams to ensure product availability and manage shelf life.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Collaborate with the tender team to provide timely feedback on proposed prices, RFQ follow-up, and overall tender process.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Coordinate with the market access team to develop and implement access plans for the defined territory and establish a clear access roadmap with key accounts.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Conduct frequent external meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease and product awareness/education.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Prioritize efforts and resources through robust market segmentation and targeting of the assigned territory.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Establish long-lasting relationships with scientific societies and Key External Experts (KEEs) to leverage advocacy and support patient care.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Master patient-focused detailing through excellence in product and disease knowledge using full collaterals.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Ensure all expenses are maintained within budgets and resources are optimized.</li> </ul> <h3 style="font-size:18px; font-weight:700; margin:16px 0 8px;">Basic Qualifications</h3> <ul style="margin:0 0 12px; padding-inline-start:24px; list-style-type:disc; list-style-position:outside;"> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Saudi National.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Pharmacy degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">A Saudi Commission for Health Specialist card (SCFHS) is required.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Successful track record of performance.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Oncology/Hematology experience is mandatory for external candidates.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Internal candidates must have track records for the past two years (two A or A & B).</li> </ul> <h3 style="font-size:18px;
