<p>Supervise and monitor the implementation of maintenance procedures and systems as well as the completion of task performed. Activities include but are not limited to the development and upkeep of the preventative maintenance programs, coordination of maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime while maintaining safe work practices, conducting corrective maintenance analysis, supervision of projects implementation, and provide a positive and innovative work environment.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise the work of personnel engaged in a day-to-day maintenance of pharmacies & clinics, may provide custodial and event support.</li><li>Perform with maintenance employees along with other technical personnel to develop proactive and effective team working together to attain set objectives of the organization.</li><li>Establish schedules and plan for providing maintenance services in pharmacies & clinics by identifying resources, required materials, categories of work, priorities and store's locations needs for proper allocation and delegation of resources.</li><li>Provides technical supervision, custodial & event support during work implementation and execution to assure the quality work standard of completion.</li><li>Participate in development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures;
