We are looking for an experienced Site Manager Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia.<br>Key Requirements:• Minimum 20 years of Quantity Surveying experience.• Strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, drainage, bridges, and mixed-use infrastructure developments.• GCC experience is highly preferred, especially within Saudi Arabia.• Previous experience with reputable contractors on post-contract infrastructure projects is mandatory.• Candidates must have held Managerial or Lead QS roles on major projects.<br>Key Responsibilities:• Interim payments and final accounts.• Contract administration and subcontract management.• Variations, claims, and commercial reporting.• Cost control, forecasting, and budget monitoring.• Coordination with project, procurement, engineering, and finance teams.• Ensuring contractual compliance and commercial risk management.<br>Technical Requirements:• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.• Strong commercial and contractual management background.• Experience with ERP/commercial systems such as Oracle is preferred.• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.• Working knowledge of Civil 3D and Revit for coordination and project interface purposes is required.• Familiarity with planning and reporting tools is an advantage.<br>Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
