Manager – Business Applications Location: KSA (Saudi Arabia)<br>Job Overview A leading healthcare organization in KSA is seeking an experienced Manager – Business Applications to oversee the management, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of its Electronic Medical Record (EMR) application portfolio. The role will cover key healthcare application domains including Patient Administration Systems (PAS), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Health Information Management (HIM), as well as third-party clinical application and medical device integrations with the EMR. Reporting to senior Enterprise Applications leadership, the Manager will translate departmental strategy into executable plans, lead a team of application analysts and specialists, and ensure that the EMR environment remains stable, compliant, well-governed, secure, and aligned with clinical and business requirements across multiple facilities. The position will serve as a senior escalation point between IT and business stakeholders across Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Billing, Health Information Management, and Clinical Operations.
