IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) App Connect Enterprise (ACE): Troubleshoot message flows, ESQL logic errors, and adapter connectivity issues (SAP, Database, File). IBM MQ: Manage queue managers, resolve channel retries, and investigate dead-letter queues or message persistence issues. API Connect: Resolve issues related to API definitions, security policies, and Gateway (Data Power) latency. B. Backend Microservices (Spring Boot) Performance Tuning: Analyze JVM thread dumps and heap dumps to resolve memory leaks or high CPU utilization in microservices. Connectivity Debugging: Troubleshoot Spring Boot integration with databases (JPA/Hibernate) and external messaging systems (JMS/Kafka). Log Aggregation: Utilize ELK/Splunk to correlate logs across multiple microservices to identify points of failure in a distributed architecture.<br>4. Technical Skill Set Integration Platforms: Mastery of IBM CP4I (specifically ACE, MQ, and API Connect). Development Frameworks: Advanced knowledge of Java and Spring Boot (Spring Integration, Spring Cloud). Containerization: Expert-level proficiency in Red Hat Open Shift and Kubernetes. Make quick, on the spot decisions to correct abnormalities or disturbances. Take corrective actions during a state of emergency. Supervise the startup checklist, interlock checks, protection tests, non routine activities like preservation, acid cleaning etc. Upon authorization, issue work permits for maintenance section involved. Have a complete understanding of the permit to work system procedure applied to the plant. Issue and cancel permits to work per authorization. Normalize the equipment after release and perform necessary testing to check the equipment or system after maintenance. Monitor the overall status of the plant and summarize activities in the log book. Fill daily plant status reports and relay all activities that occurred during his shift. Maintain staff evaluation records, vacation schedules etc. prepare evaluation forms for personnel requirement. Prepare incident / accident reports and other reports required by the departments and submit to the concerned authorities within stipulated time period. Keep accurate records on all activities performed in the plant on regular basis. Assist in the training and familiarization of new personnel in the shift. Study and suggest for any modifications which can improve the plant efficiency. Ensure Environmental Aspect-Impact and Hazard Risk Assessment are carried out, controlled and updated. Implement, monitor and report IMS objectives, Targets and programs. Report deviations in Integrated Management System, identify root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions. Participation is project-based, not permanent employment.<br><br>What This Opportunity Involves<br><br>We're building a dataset to evaluate AI coding agents - how well a model handles real-world developer tasks.<br><br>You'll create challenging tasks and evaluation criteria within realistic simulated environments:<br><br>Build realistic developer environments - a virtual company with codebase, infrastructure, and context (tickets, docs, conversations) that forms a believable development history Design tasks from intermediate states of these environments - craft the prompt, define what "solved" means, and ensure the task is solvable by an AI agent Write tests that verify agent solutions - accept all valid approaches and reject incorrect ones, neither too strict nor too lenient Iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback - review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine until the evaluation is fair and robust<br><br>What This Is NOT<br><br>Not data labeling Not prompt engineering Not writing code from scratch - the agent writes most of the code; you guide and evaluate<br><br>What We Look For<br><br>5+ years in software development Core stack: Python (Fast API), Java Script/Type Script (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis Experience writing tests (functional, integration) English proficiency - B2+<br><br>Why this is hard <br><br>Frontier models are already good at coding. Creating a task that genuinely challenges the best models is non-trivial. You need to deeply understand where models fail and what scenarios reveal the difference between a good and a bad solution. Tasks have many valid solutions - writing tests that accept all correct solutions and reject incorrect ones is harder than it sounds.<br><br>How It Works<br><br>Apply → Pass qualification(s) → Join a project → Complete tasks → Get paid<br><br>Effort estimate<br><br>Tasks for this project are estimated to take 20 hours to complete, depending on complexity. This is an estimate and not a schedule requirement; you choose when and how to work. Tasks must be submitted by the deadline and meet the listed acceptance criteria to be accepted.<br><br>Compensation<br><br>Up to $50/hr equivalent, depending on level and pace. Tasks are estimated at :20 hours each; you set your own schedule.
