Position Overview<br>The Commissioning Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising all commissioning activities across the project lifecycle for ELV, security systems, electrical, mechanical, or multi-disciplinary packages. The role ensures that systems are tested, validated, and handed over in accordance with project specifications, client standards (Aramco/HCIS/EPC), and operational requirements.<br>Location: Project-based (KSA) – Candidate must be willing to travel and relocate as required⸻Key Responsibilities<br>1. Client Coordination & Approvals• Interface with client representatives (Aramco PMT, HCIS, EPC, Consultant) for inspections, approvals, and sign-offs.• Lead SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and demonstrate system functionalities.• Coordinate with stakeholders to close NCRs, punch points, and ensure system acceptance.<br>5. Documentation & Reporting• Prepare commissioning dossiers, test reports, checklists, red-line/as-built inputs, and turnover packages.• Maintain daily commissioning logs, progress trackers, and compliance reports.• Ensure documentation aligns with Aramco, HCIS, or project-specific templates and requirements.<br>6. Handover & Post-Commissioning Support• Achieve mechanical completion (MC), pre-commissioning, commissioning, and final acceptance milestones.• Support training for end-users and O&M teams.• Assist in system optimization, troubleshooting, and warranty-related activities post-handover.<br>Qualifications & Skills<br>Educational Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Communication Engineering, Instrumentation, or related discipline. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, control drawings, loop diagrams, and technical documentation.
