<p >The <strong >Quality in Operation Manager</strong> will oversee daily quality operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li >Participating in daily performance review meetings (Short Interval Management) and resolving non-conformities with Quality Engineers.</li>
<li >Organizing and managing Problem-Solving Groups (PSG) to address quality issues across the plant, utilizing the PDCA methodology for critical problems.</li>
<li >Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices, incorporating international best practices to enhance business processes, cost efficiency, and productivity.</li>
<li >Validating all quality aspects of projects in coordination with the Quality Assurance Section to ensure adherence to quality standards.</li>
<li >Ensuring the implementation of quality standards (online quality checks, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSI, sampling plans) with Quality Engineers.</li>
<li >Promoting Risk Assessment and "Built-in Quality" in all plant projects, including productivity, new products, and new equipment.</li>

<li >Ensuring downstream operations (branches, warehouses, and GCC) receive support for quality requirements and maintain necessary quality standards, including proper market store checks.</li>

<p >This role involves direct oversight of specific quality and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards, and managing consumer feedback:</p>

<li >Developing and managing the Neptune/Triton audit plan according to guidelines, ensuring its implementation and follow-up, and reviewing the closure of all findings.</li>
<li >Developing and managing proper tracking for all consumer complaints, monitoring the complaint closure rate, and ensuring the implementation of action plans.</li>
<li >Participating in the investigation of all consumer complaints and analyzing them by number, type, and trends to recommend improvements.</li>
<li >Following up and closing GCC consumer complaints.</li>

This role combines technical SCADA system operations with project management office responsibilities to support the planning, monitoring, and coordination of urban infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee real-time control systems while ensuring project timelines, documentation, and resource allocation align with organizational objectives. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and project delivery excellence across our urban planning initiatives.<br><br>Monitor and operate SCADA systems to ensure continuous and reliable performance of urban infrastructure controls and data acquisition processes Analyze real-time system data and generate comprehensive reports on operational metrics, anomalies, and system performance Coordinate with project teams to ensure SCADA system implementations align with project schedules and deliverables Maintain detailed documentation of system operations, maintenance activities, and project milestones in accordance with PMO standards Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate technical teams while maintaining operational continuity Support project planning activities by providing technical input on SCADA requirements and implementation timelines Organize and track project resources, schedules, and budgets related to SCADA and urban infrastructure initiatives Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to operational and project management protocols Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, and stakeholders to optimize system performance and project outcomes Prepare status reports and presentations for project stakeholders and management on operational and project progress<br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Proven experience operating and monitoring SCADA systems in industrial or infrastructure environments Strong knowledge of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) platforms and industrial control systems Demonstrated experience with project management office functions, including scheduling, documentation, and resource coordination Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex operational metrics Familiarity with urban infrastructure systems, smart city technologies, or similar large-scale projects Experience with project management tools and software Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming or industrial automation is preferred Experience in project coordination within the utilities, infrastructure, or urban planning sectors is preferred Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or similar frameworks) is preferred Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in industrial operations is preferred

Job Purpose The Dev Ops Manager is responsible for leading the Dev Ops function and establishing scalable, reliable, secure, and automated software delivery practices across the organization. The role owns and continuously improves CI/CD, Git Ops, container platforms, developer enablement, deployment automation, and related Dev Ops tooling while working closely with Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, QA, and Architecture teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Dev Ops engineering team and provide strong technical leadership. Own the organization’s CI/CD strategy, standards, tooling, and engineering practices. Design, operate, and continuously improve Git Lab-based software delivery pipelines. Lead Kubernetes-based application deployment practices across development, testing, staging, and production environments. Establish and improve Git Ops practices using technologies such as Argo CD. Standardize build, test, security scanning, release, deployment, and rollback processes. Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation to reduce manual operational activities. Build reusable CI/CD templates, deployment patterns, and engineering standards for development teams. Improve developer experience through self-service capabilities, automation, documentation, and standardized platform services. Work with Software Engineering and QA teams to integrate automated testing and quality gates into delivery pipelines. Work closely with Cybersecurity to implement Dev Sec Ops controls, including SAST, SCA, container scanning, secrets management, and security gates. Establish proper separation of duties and controlled production deployment processes. Improve application observability by integrating monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting into the software delivery lifecycle. Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and recoverability of Dev Ops platforms and services. Define and track engineering and delivery metrics, including DORA metrics, deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and recovery time. Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production delivery processes. Evaluate and introduce new Dev Ops and platform engineering technologies where they provide measurable value. Manage Dev Ops platform capacity, licensing, vendors, upgrades, lifecycle, and technical roadmap. Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, standards, and operational procedures. Mentor engineers and establish a culture of automation, engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or related disciplines.2+ years of experience leading technical teams. Strong hands-on experience with Git Lab CI/CD or comparable enterprise CI/CD platforms. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker/container technologies. Experience with Git Ops and Argo CD or similar technologies. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation. Experience with Linux administration, networking fundamentals, scripting, and automation. Experience with cloud and private-cloud environments such as Open Stack, OCI, GCP, AWS, or Azure. Understanding of software engineering practices, branching strategies, release management, and SDLC. Good understanding of application security and Dev Sec Ops practices. Experience with observability technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, or similar platforms. Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service engineering capabilities is highly desirable.
