About The Role <br>The Lead Integration Architect/Developer is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and modernizing our enterprise integration ecosystems. This dual-impact role requires an expert who can architect modern high-performing, secure cloud and hybrid integration platforms while actively writing code, creating reusable frameworks, and mentoring engineering teams. You will own the technical roadmap for how our distributed applications, Saa S systems, data platforms, and legacy environments connect and communicate smoothly and securely using contemporary Dev Sec Ops practices.<br>Responsibilities<br>Architectural Design, Strategy and Governance Own the integration reference architecture and roadmap covering integration architecture and patterns, API management, i Paa S/connectors, event-driven messaging, workflow/orchestration, data movement and legacy remediation. <p>We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to own the metrics and analytics layer of a growing e-commerce platform. You will be the driving force behind how merchants understand and grow their businesses through data ensuring every report, metric, and model delivered through the platform is accurate, unified, and built to scale. You will work closely with the Platform Reports Product Manager, Platform Data Quality Engineers and partner with PMs across all product areas to unify our data models and establish a single, coherent analytical foundation. You will take ownership of our mobile platform for field operations — covering incident reporting, real-time asset tracking, fleet management, and logistics services — delivering high-quality experiences across both i OS and Android.<br>In this role you will play a key role in:<br>Designing and implementing pixel-accurate UI screens from Figma designs, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience across both i OS and Android platforms Integrating with IoT platform REST APIs — including events, alarms, inventory, and measurement endpoints — to deliver real-time, data-driven features to end users in the field Building and owning core product features including GPS-based incident reporting, camera integration, offline-first data handling, and real-time asset tracking, ensuring reliability in low-connectivity environments Architecting and implementing offline-first solutions using queue and sync patterns with local storage technologies such as SQLite or Hive, ensuring the app functions reliably in the field regardless of connectivity Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following feature-first architecture principles, and contributing to unit, widget, and integration test coverage using tools such as Mockito Supporting full Arabic (RTL) and English localisation across the app, ensuring the platform is accessible and intuitive for all users in the region Actively participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making, contributing to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement Managing CI/CD pipelines and supporting the end-to-end delivery of production features to the App Store and Google Play Store, maintaining high standards of quality and performance throughout<br>Your Profile<br>We are looking for a motivated and experienced mobile developer who brings both technical depth and a collaborative mindset to the team.<br>4+ years of hands-on experience developing production Flutter/Dart applications, with at least one published app on the App Store and/or Google Play Store demonstrating real-world delivery capability Strong proficiency in REST API integration using Dio or http, and experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod, Provider, or Bloc, as well as navigation and routing using go_router Solid experience with platform services including camera, GPS/location, and local storage, combined with a strong understanding of offline-first architecture patterns, secure storage, and auth token management Proven experience with Git workflows including feature branching and pull requests, unit and widget testing (Mockito), performance profiling, and a working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative team environment Experience or familiarity with IoT platforms such as Cumulocity, Things Board, or AWS IoT, and/or maps integrations such as Google Maps, Mapbox, or Flutter Map is a strong advantage Exposure to Firebase services including push notifications, Crashlytics, and analytics, along with experience supporting Arabic/RTL layouts and a familiarity with MQTT or Web Sockets for real-time data, is highly desirable A collaborative approach to engineering with demonstrable experience working within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing beyond solo development to shared codebases, design systems, and reusable component libraries<br>What You'll Love About Working Here<br>Career acceleration programs — From associate to leaders and beyond, get support in your career at every stage with award-winning programs such as our leadership development program, Connected Manager, to accelerate your growth and develop your expertise.
