Production Manager – Aircraft Hangar Door Manufacturing<br>We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacture and delivery of large-scale aircraft hangar door systems.<br>This is a specialist role for someone with strong experience in steel fabrication, and production management, ideally within aircraft hangar doors, industrial door systems or large engineered metal structures.<br>Key responsibilities Manage the complete production process for aircraft hangar door systems. Plan workshop capacity, labour, materials and production schedules. Oversee steel fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing and quality inspections. Ensure manufacturing is completed in line with approved drawings, specifications and project deadlines. Coordinate closely with design, engineering, procurement, quality and site-installation teams. Review fabrication drawings, bills of materials and production requirements. Monitor productivity, manufacturing costs, material usage and workshop performance. Identify production risks, bottlenecks and technical issues, implementing effective solutions. Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards. Job Title: Site Coordinator<br>Department: Operations Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager Location: Jizan Employment Type: Full-Time<br>Job Summary<br>The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, supporting project execution, and ensuring effective communication between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and management. The role assists in maintaining safe, organized, and efficient site operations while ensuring activities are carried out according to project requirements, schedules, and company procedures.<br>Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily site activities with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and other relevant teams. Track manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work progress. Ensure required materials, tools, equipment, and resources are available for scheduled activities. Coordinate site access, work permits, inspections, and other operational requirements. Monitor subcontractor activities and follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines. Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, progress updates, and other project documentation. Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities against delivery documents where required. Liaise with procurement, logistics, engineering, HSE, QA/QC, and other departments to resolve site requirements. Participate in daily coordination, toolbox, and progress meetings as required.
