Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to provide technical support to the product design, build, and delivery processes for complex, integrated aircraft components of metallic and advanced composite construction. This role will drive meaningful improvements across Engineering Production Support processes by applying a strong understanding of product design, performing detailed structural analyses, and promoting continuous improvement in engineering efficiency, product producibility, quality, and cost reduction. This position offers exposure to multiple aircraft programs and the opportunity to solve challenging technical problems while improving Engineering Production Support processes. The candidate will combine strong structural analysis capabilities with sound engineering judgment, effective communication, and a continuous improvement mindset. What You Will Do: <ul><li>Perform complex structural analyses using hand and computer calculations, including static, fatigue and fracture analysis of aerospace components.</li><li>Define, assess, and document repair designs for metallic, bonded metallic, and advanced composite aerospace structures.</li><li>Work with Materials Review Board (MRB) to develop standard repair instructions.</li><li>Analyze repair proposals and prepare formal engineering reports supporting minor and major repairs for customers and FAA approval, which may include obtaining authorized engineering signatures.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities across product lines and processes.</li><li>Support corrective action and defect reduction initiatives by identifying recurring technical issues and contributing to sustainable solutions.</li><li>Develop and implement processes, methods, and tools that improve efficiency throughout Engineering Production Support workflows activities.</li><li>Review technical documentation and analyses prepared by other engineers and provide constructive technical feedback.</li><li>Develop or improve engineering methods, tools, databases, and automated workflows that increase efficiency.</li><li>Apply CORE tools and continuous improvement principles to reduce process turnbacks, improve engineering performance, and support the objectives of the organization.</li><li>Communicate technical findings, recommendations, risks, and decisions clearly to engineering leadership, customers, and cross functional stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.</li></ul> Qualifications You Must Have: <ul><li>Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.</li><li> Experience performing static stress and fatigue analysis using classical methods and finite element analysis.</li><li>Experience analyzing metallic or advanced composite aerospace structures.</li><li>Experience using Nastran, Patran, or comparable finite element analysis tools.</li><li>Experience with load paths, free body diagrams, load balance, structural sizing, and common aerospace failure modes.</li><li>Experience independently developing analysis approaches and solve technical problems of increasing complexity.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.</li></ul> Qualifications You Prefer: <ul><li>Ability to communicate technical information effectively across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, leadership, and customer organizations.</li><li>Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and well-organized technical reports.</li><li>Proficiency in programming and automation tools such as Python, Excel VBA, VB.NET, C#.NET, Visual Basic, or similar languages for developing internal engineering tools, automating repetitive tasks, and improving workflow efficiency.</li><li>Knowledge or practical The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. <section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">The Project Manager is responsible to the Programme Manager for defining, planning, managing, and delivering the projects to meet both customer and business requirements. The Job Holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of the project to cost, time, and quality. The key aspect of this role will focus on the delivery of projects, operating closely with and providing expert leadership to other functional areas to ensure that the total capability delivered is fit for purpose. Role Purpose Ejad Tech is seeking a senior, client-facing Subject Matter Expert in AI and Emerging Technologies who can help shape demand, qualify opportunities, define solution direction, and support credible technical conversations with enterprise and government stakeholders in Saudi Arabia. The role is designed for the market reality in which many clients are still building awareness, need trusted guidance before they buy, and expect a technically credible advisor who can connect innovation ambition with practical implementation pathways. The Job Holder is to provide independent critiques on proposals and deliverables from suppliers, monitor and report on service performance across multi-disciplinary logistics delivery streams on a daily basis, proactively identifying root causes to issues that arise and work with all logistic services to implement changes that help rectify those issues in order to maximise fleet wide availability. The Job Holder will operate under the overall line management/direction of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) TyWSSM and the governance of the RSAF Directorate of Aircraft Maintenance (DoAM) and as such is required to work in accordance with the Plans and Procedures in which control how the RSAF DoAM operates. RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION The Job holder will have completed a recognised course of training or an apprenticeship at a military or civilian school in Aeronautical Engineering or related technology and will possess extensive proven aircraft engineering/maintenance and logistics experience with proven experience in a management/senior supervisory position, responsible for the leadership, management and application of safety systems in an aircraft operational environment The Job Holder will provide advice, support and assistance pertaining to all RSAF Typhoon aircraft to the Typhoon Weapon System Support Manager (TyWSSM) and Director of Aircraft Maintenance in a timely and effective manner, on the following activities: ·In conjunction with the TSC, management and control of the Safety & Quality Management and Assurance systems. ·Continued implementation of Continuous Improvement ·RFL and associated amendment management ·Support to the day to day management of the RSAF’s Engineering Authority and Design Organisation Change process ·Data management and analysis in conjunction with the Typhoon Support Center (TSC). ·Support to CESST availability & utilization monitoring and providing reports as required ·Support to Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Operational readiness. إشراف على التنفيذ مدير مشروع - ميكانيكا ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق الاستشاري المشرف على تنفيذ مشروع تطوير أنظمة منية في الدمام. سيكون شاغل الوظيفة المسؤول الرئيسي عن الإشراف على الأعمال الميكانيكية بالموقع، بالإضافة إلى قيادة وتنسيق الأنشطة المرتبطة بالأعمال الميكانيكية مع بقية تخصصات المشروع، ومتابعة التنفيذ والفحص والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.المهام والمسؤوليات• الإشراف المباشر على جميع الأعمال والأنشطة الميكانيكية بالموقع.• مراجعة المخططات الميكانيكية ومخططات IFC والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع.• مراجعة واعتماد المواد والمعدات الميكانيكية والموردين والمستندات الفنية ذات العلاقة.• مراجعة Method Statements وITPs Installation Procedures الخاصة بالأعمال الميكانيكية.• متابعة تنفيذ الأعمال الميكانيكية والتأكد من مطابقتها للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.• فحص المواد والمعدات الميكانيكية الواردة إلى الموقع والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات.• مراجعة طلبات الفحص (RFI) والاستفسارات الفنية المتعلقة بالأعمال الميكانيكية.• متابعة أي اختلاف بين المخططات المعتمدة والواقع بالموقع والتنسيق لإعداد مخططات Redline عند الحاجة.• متابعة جودة التنفيذ وأعمال التركيب الميكانيكية.• التنسيق مع المهندس الكهربائي والمهندس المدني وفريق الأنظمة الأمنية وبقية التخصصات.• المشاركة والإشراف على أعمال الاختبار والتشغيل والتكليف للأعمال الميكانيكية.• مراجعة المخططات النهائية As-Built ومستندات التشغيل والصيانة O&M Manuals.• متابعة الملاحظات وقائمة الأعمال المتبقية Punch List وإغلاقها.• المشاركة في أعمال التسليم النهائي وإغلاق المشروع.• إعداد التقارير الفنية الأسبوعية والشهرية المتعلقة بالأعمال الميكانيكية.المؤهلات والخبرات• بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية.• خبرة مناسبة في الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال الميكانيكية وإدارة المشاريع.• خبرة في المشاريع الإنشائية أو الصناعية أو مشاريع البنية التحتية.خبرة في مراجعة المخططات والمواصفات و •. The role holder will be responsible for carrying out surveying, elevation measurements, signing and verification of coordinates, elevations, dimensions, and supporting the supervision team in monitoring civil and infrastructure works.
