Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, lighting systems, low-current systems, and building services. Excellent understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Familiarity with Saudi Electrical Code (SEC), IEC standards, and electrical safety regulations. JOB PURPOSE<br>The E&S engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring environmental and social compliance during the construction phase of projects. This includes implementing and monitoring environmental and social management plans, conducting inspections and audits, compliance checks and assessing project adherence to relevant regulations and standards. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Purpose: The Projects Engineer role is to oversee the execution and delivery of HVAC and mechanical systems across various projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to specifications and codes, and effective coordination with all stakeholders.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and execute HVAC and VRF systems including AHU/FAHU units, smoke management systems, car park ventilation, kitchen hood ventilation.</li><li>Implement the full project scope in accordance with specifications, international standards, and project requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress and ensure delivery within the approved timeline and budget.</li><li>Monitor projects milestones and site progress, ensuring timely and successful completion of all activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA/QC) and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across all projects stages.</li><li>Build and manage strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to align on goals and resolve issues effectively.</li><li>Attend client and consultant meetings to discuss projects updates, resolve technical concerns, and align on deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate with SHAKER application and sales teams to finalize HVAC and VRF system selections and technical details.</li><li>Review and validate all design documents, shop drawings, and technical submittments prior to consultant submission.</li><li>Coordinate closely with SHAKER FE3 & FE4 teams to ensure proper testing, commissioning (T&C), and handover of completed systems.</li><li>Supervise and support site logistics to ensure smooth operational flow and address any issues proactively.</li><li>Track and report invoice progress for both clients and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with financial milestones.</li><li>Collaborate with the service team and client during the warranty period to ensure prompt resolution of any post-delivery issues.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Experience and Requirements:</p><ul><li>Hands-on experience in project engineering or a related technical role.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage engineering projects through all phases from initiation to completion.</li><li>Solid technical knowledge in HVAC systems and mechanical engineering practices.</li><li>Strong project management capabilities with excellent organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent platforms.</li><li>Working knowledge of CAD software and relevant engineering applications.</li><li>Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.</li></ul><p></p></section>
