Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, EPC contractors, PIF companies, and giga-project stakeholders. Develop and manage strategic accounts to support business growth and long-term customer engagement. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, projects, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Support project sales activities from opportunity identification through to qualification and coordination. Develop and maintain a strong customer and industry network. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective follow-up on market opportunities and customer requirements. Prepare and deliver professional presentations, market updates, and business reports.<br>Key Requirements:2–5 years of relevant experience in market development, strategic accounts, business development. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Good knowledge of the Saudi private sector, PIF companies, giga projects, developers, consultants, and EPC contractors. Proven ability to identify, qualify, and develop market and project opportunities. Strong customer relationship management, networking, and coordination skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Managing the integration and validation activities of the Contractor, together with the validation of all Test and Commissioning plans and test procedures for the program.</p></li><li><p>Lead, direct and supervise a team of discipline Engineers in preparation and execution of commissioning of work Location.</p></li><li><p>Assuming entire responsibility for the completion of the implementation in conformance with the client’s needs and project standards.</p></li><li><p>Plan, organize and supervise works to ensure all works performed within the parameters of the project schedule.</p></li><li><p>Liaison with the Systems Engineering team for engineering support and control.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Operator, Civil Defiance, EXPRO and other third parties related to all necessary testing and commissioning requirements for the project.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all testing and commissioning works are comprehensive and discussed with stakeholders to ensure best implementation.</p></li><li><p>Approval of testing and commissioning works.</p></li><li><p>Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies in public meetings with the client.</p></li><li><p>Initiate risk assessment of testing and commissioning works, review and endorse risk assessment results and recommend course of action to ensure mitigation of risks.</p></li><li><p>Attend to final inspections on completed projects and initiate Contract Completion Certificates and Handover Certificates</p></li><li><p>Coordinates all activities for the successful Commissioning of the project within project schedules and contractual requirements.
