<p>ممثل خدمة عملاء (Customer Service Representative)</p><p><strong>ملخص الوظيفة:</strong></p><p>مطلوب ممثل خدمة عملاء ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا، لتوفير دعم استثنائي للعملاء ومعالجة استفساراتهم ومشكلاتهم بكفاءة واحترافية. العمل بنظام الشفتات (المناوبات) مع الحصول على يوم الجمعة كإجازة أسبوعية ثابتة.</p><p>المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية:</p><ul><li>الرد على اتصالات ورسائل العملاء عبر مختلف قنوات التواصل (الهاتف، الشات، البريد الإلكتروني) ومعالجة طلباتهم.</li><li>تقديم معلومات دقيقة حول المنتجات أو الخدمات وحل المشكلات والشكاوى في أسرع وقت ممكن.</li><li>متابعة الحالات المفتوحة للعملاء والتأكد من التوصل إلى حلول مرضية.</li><li>إدخال وتحديث بيانات العملاء وتوثيق تفاصيل التفاعلات على نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).</li><li>التعاون مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان تقديم أفضل تجربة للمستخدم.</li></ul><p>المتطلبات والشروط:</p><ul><li><strong>الخبرة:</strong> خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن (1 - 3 سنوات) في مجال خدمة العملاء أو مراكز الاتصال (Call Center).</li><li><strong>نظام العمل:</strong> القدرة على العمل بنظام الشفتات المتغيرة (إجازة أسبوعية ثابتة يوم الجمعة).</li></ul><p><br></p>
