Prepare executive drawings and provide support to executive teams on-site when needed.<br>Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proven experience in design and reviewing technical drawings and plans. Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC), specifications, and Civil Defense requirements. Must hold valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Excellent proficiency in design and architectural visualization software, including: Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, BIM, and Revit. PMP certification is preferred. Good proficiency in spoken and written English. The job is open to both men and women. For non-Saudi applicants: Must have a valid residency permit (Iqama) eligible for sponsorship transfer.
