The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site preparation, mass excavation, filling, and infrastructure construction activities comply with contract specifications, international engineering standards, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) across all infrastructure and earthworks phases. Direct QA/QC teams, laboratory testing operations, and field inspection procedures for earthworks, soil compaction, and material approvals.
