Role Description The Horizontal Directional Drilling Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role oversees end-to-end HDD and trenchless project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout in alignment with client requirements and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project plans and schedules, coordinating drilling crews and subcontractors, managing equipment and materials, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and client specifications. The Project Manager will track progress, control budgets, manage risks, and resolve technical or operational issues to maintain project quality and timelines. <p>Responsibilities Lead contracts, commercial management and cost control for a prestigious stadium construction project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Manage the main contract, subcontracts, variations, claims, extensions of time (EOTs) and commercial negotiations. Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, notices and commercial procedures. Prepare and manage variations, claims, valuations, payment applications and final accounts.
