<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify and monitor relevant tender and project opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs.</p></li><li><p>Perform and verify quantity take-offs.</p></li><li><p>Prepare detailed cost estimates and unit rate analyses.</p></li><li><p>Estimate materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect costs.</p></li><li><p>Issue RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors and prepare technical/commercial comparisons.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update supplier, subcontractor, and pricing databases.</p></li><li><p>Identify technical, commercial, and pricing risks.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and coordinate technical and financial tender submissions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance with government tender requirements.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit government bids through the Etimad platform as authorized.</p></li><li><p>Follow up tender status and support clarification responses.</p></li><li><p>Conduct win/loss analysis and update historical pricing records.</p></li><li><p>Prepare tender handover packages upon project award.</p></li><li><p>Support ongoing projects with variation and additional-work pricing.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant engineering discipline.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in tendering and estimation within contracting companies.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in preparing and pricing construction tenders.</p></li><li><p>Strong quantity surveying and cost analysis capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good AutoCAD and drawing-reading skills.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of the Saudi contracting market, suppliers, and subcontractors.</p></li><li><p>Fluent Arabic and very good command of English.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple tenders and work effectively under strict deadlines.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience with Saudi government tenders.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with the <strong>Etimad platform</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Established knowledge of suppliers and subcontractors in the Saudi market.</p></li><li><p>Experience with quantity take-off and estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or CostX.</p></li><li><p>Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Priority will be given to candidates who combine tendering, estimation, quantity surveying, supplier sourcing, and subcontractor coordination experience</strong></p>
