Responsibilities<br>Implement corrosion management program and on-stream monitoring. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for corrosion and assets integrity management. Conduct risk-based inspections based on API-580 methodology. Review and approve recommended solutions for coating failures and cathodic protection. Participate in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) review sessions and ensure that all issues are addressed. Manage the water treatment program and recommend solutions to overcome challenges. Review and support proper operations within integrity operating windows (IOW). Review design packages and validate materials selection based on current codes and standards. Validate corrosion controls, corrosion loops, and corrosion damage mechanisms frequently. Assess feed composition changes and approve recommended solutions to assure asset integrity. Develop the scope and description of technology items and lead field implementation. Develop and transfer knowledge about the use of coating, cathodic protection, corrosion inhibitors, and other corrosion controls and best practices.<br>Requirements<br>Willing to permanently relocate at Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience, with a strong preference for 15 years or more, in processing in the Oil/Gas industry, material science and metrology, different NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) technology and their applications, and knowledge in the engineering aspect of welding. A ce titre, il doit maitriser pleinement le logiciel de CAO CATIA V5 (modules Part Design, GSD1, GSD2, IMA, STL Rapid Prototype…). <br>Des qualités de concepteur « intégrateur » sont également demandées pour proposer des concepts pertinents et rejouer les CAO pour les rendre fabricables FA, intégrer le besoin client ainsi que les résultats de simulation de ces pièces évoluant dans un environnement multi-physiques (aerothermiques, thermomécanique…). <br>Le-la concepteur-trice sera amené à collaborer avec les équipes méthodes numériques et industrialisation, afin d'exploiter au mieux le potentiel de la FA, de gérer la volumétrie des fichiers numériques (CAO « lourdes ») et de tester des solutions logicielles innovantes.<br>Le concepteur-intégrateur sera amené à mener des activités de recherche de concepts fabricables FA optimisés mécaniquement pour différents types de solutions. Job Purpose Responsible for the technical review, supervision, testing, commissioning, and coordination of electrical systems for ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, project requirements, and applicable codes. Key Responsibilities Review electrical IFC drawings, shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions. Supervise LV power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, grounding, lightning protection, and associated electrical systems. Review ELV systems including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, ICT/data, and other systems as applicable. Review load calculations, single-line diagrams, equipment schedules, and technical data. Coordinate electrical systems with architectural, mechanical, structural, infrastructure, and other disciplines. Review RFIs and resolve electrical design, interface, and site technical issues. Conduct site inspections and review WIRs/MIRs. Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, progress, and quality. Review and witness testing and commissioning activities. Review NCRs and verify corrective actions. Ensure compliance with SBC, SEC requirements, IEC, NFPA, and other applicable standards. Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and close-out documentation. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years of overall relevant professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience working with a Consultant / PMC organization. Strong technical background in the relevant discipline, with proven ability to review designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, technical submittals, and resolve complex technical issues. Proven experience in large-scale commercial, retail, mixed-use, or major real estate development projects. Strong experience in design review, construction supervision, technical coordination, site execution, quality control, and contractor management. Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant international codes and standards. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) in the appropriate professional classification. Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and technical reporting skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
