Build the workflows people carry out inside Laika, in Arabic and in English, right to left and left to right, from the first question to the finished document. Close the distance between a problem we notice and a fix in production. You ship, you watch how it is used, you change it.<br>The shape of this role will change as we grow. We are looking for judgement, not a checklist.<br>What we're looking for<br>Solid full-stack engineering. Care for the details users notice. Comfortable working where approximately right is not good enough. Able to decide what to build when nobody has written the spec.
