<ul><li><p>Supervise and manage plumbing installation works including water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and related accessories</p></li><li><p>Ensure plumbing works are executed as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements</p></li><li><p>Plan daily and weekly plumbing activities and allocate manpower and resources effectively</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for compliance and constructability</p></li><li><p>Coordinate plumbing works with mechanical (HVAC, fire fighting), electrical, civil, and architectural teams</p></li><li><p>Resolve site issues related to pipe routing, slopes, coordination, and access</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Implement quality control procedures for plumbing works</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs) and ensure approvals from consultants and authorities</p></li><li><p>Oversee testing activities such as pressure tests, leakage tests, and flushing</p></li><li><p>Support preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure plumbing activities comply with project HSE policies and safe work practices</p></li><li><p>Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with confined space and hot work requirements (where applicable)</p></li><li><p>Identify plumbing-related hazards and implement control measures</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor progress of plumbing works against the approved construction schedule</p></li><li><p>Identify delays or constraints and recommend corrective actions</p></li><li><p>Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and installation sequencing</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Supervise plumbing foremen, technicians, and subcontractors</p></li><li><p>Monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality standards</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare daily and weekly progress reports</p></li><li><p>Maintain records of inspections, tests, approvals, and site instructions</p></li><li><p>Support variation, claim, and final account documentation related to plumbing works</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering</p></li><li><p>8–12 years of experience in plumbing & fire fighting systems</p></li></ul>
This role will be based in Eastern, KSA. We are looking for candidates who are available to join at short notice.<br>Hands on experience with BROHLE marine and yacht control systems, especially implemented on shiplifts, handling shiplift automation and control systems, including PLCs, HMI/SCADA, software, drives, and instrumentation.
