The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, compliance with technical specifications, and adherence to project schedules while supporting successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials, equipment, long-lead items, and subcontracted services in accordance with project requirements. Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations with engineering and project teams. Minimum of 10 years of direct experience with demonstrated electrical systems expertise. Proven experience coordinating and integrating multiple organizations involved in engineering design and project delivery. Previous experience with nuclear electrical systems design is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Class 1E standards, including IEEE 308, IEEE 323, IEEE 344, IEEE 379, IEEE 383, IEEE 384, and IEEE 741, is preferred. Knowledge of nuclear power plant quality assurance requirements, including 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and ASME NQA-1, is highly desirable. Experience with transmission system design, protection, control, and planning is an advantage. Familiarity with engineering design software tools such as ETAP, Auto CAD Standard, Auto CAD Electrical, or Solid Works is preferred. Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to technical excellence and quality. Ability to independently coordinate engineering activities and lead teams with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex design constraints. Ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines and simultaneous projects. Experience supporting new-build projects is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional.
