The successful candidate will lead the Thermal Generation business, driving strategy, business development, technical leadership, and multidisciplinary project delivery across conventional and low-carbon thermal power generation projects.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the regional Thermal Generation business strategy. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversee project delivery from feasibility through commissioning and asset optimization. Provide technical leadership for Gas Turbine, Combined Cycle, Open Cycle, CHP/Cogeneration, Waste-to-Energy, District Energy, Hydrogen, and Carbon Capture (CCUS) projects. Support business development, proposal preparation, and client engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, developers, technology providers, and government stakeholders.
