Responsibilities, Duties <br>• Bidding and Tender Support- Review RFPs, scope documents, drawings, asset registers, BOQs, SLA/KPI requirements,commercial schedules and contract terms to identify pricing requirements, gaps, risks andclarifications.- Prepare bid cost plans, pricing workbooks, commercial schedules, cost narratives,assumptions, exclusions and supporting backup for technical and commercial submissions.- Coordinate with the Bid Manager to ensure work winning gates, internal approvals, tendertimelines and submission requirements are followed.- Support pre-bid meetings, site visits, clarification responses, value engineering workshops,BAFO submissions, negotiations and post-tender commercial clarifications.- Maintain bid files, pricing records, subcontractor quotations, benchmark data, approvals andversion-controlled cost models for auditability and future reference.<br>• Estimation and Cost Modelling- Develop bottom-up cost estimates for hard FM, soft FM, specialist services, manpower,materials, consumables, tools, equipment, vehicles, uniforms, accommodation, transport,mobilization, demobilization and overhead allocations.- Build, update and validate Excel-based cost models, including labor loading, productivityassumptions, shift patterns, annual escalations, contract duration, inflation, contingency,management fees and margin scenarios.- Use actual costs, historical benchmarks, supplier quotes, market rates and provisional sumswhere required, clearly documenting assumptions and risk allowances.<br>• Procurement and Supply Chain Responsibilities for Bidding- Prepare procurement enquiry packages, RFQs and quotation comparison sheets forsubcontracted services, specialist vendors, materials, consumables, equipment, tools,uniforms and mobilizations items required for bids.- Coordinate with Procurement to identify approved vendors, framework suppliers, localcontent options, long-lead items, compliance requirements and alternative sourcingstrategies.- Obtain, validate and normalize vendor quotations to ensure like-for-like comparison, scopecompleteness, commercial validity, warranty coverage, delivery timelines, exclusions and VATtreatment.- Negotiate or support negotiation of bid-stage supplier pricing, discounts, credit terms, delivery schedules and commercial clarifications in coordination with Procurement. - Highlight procurement risks, single-source dependencies, quote validity, lead-time exposure, escalation exposure and assumptions that must be reflected in the bid price or commercial qualifications. - Create bid procurement trackers showing packages, responsible owners, quote status, selected supplier basis, price validity, compliance status and pending actions.<br>• Occupational and workplace Health and Safety responsibilities: - In addition to all job specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Khidmah health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations. We’re Hiring: Government Relations Officer Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Company: Smart Integrated Solutions Sector: Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)<br>Role Overview The Government Relations Officer will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining the licences, registrations, permits, government approvals, and regulatory requirements needed for SIS to operate as an IFM company in Saudi Arabia.<br>The role will also manage relationships with relevant government ministries, Royal Commissions, semi-government entities, and regulatory bodies, while supporting workforce-related government processes such as IQAMA, work permits, exit/re-entry visas, Labour Office matters, Muqeem, Qiwa, HRSD, GOSI, and Saudisation / Nitaqat compliance. Represent SIS in government meetings and regulatory forums, ensuring the company’s interests and capabilities are positively presented. Workforce & Visa Compliance Coordinate all employee government relations activities including IQAMA applications and renewals, exit/re-entry visas, work permit transfers, and Labour Office matters in conjunction with the HR team. Specialist Radiological - work involving radiology procedures hospital in and out patients. It involves variety types of Radiographic imaging and requires knowledge of the use of equipment, density of the body and its anatomical terminology as well as ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing and non-ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Work performs in accordance with established procedures of the department and with a Physician instruction as to plates needed. Job Purpose The Customer Finance Specialist supports the Customer Finance function by managing key customer accounts, resolving deductions and claims, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of customer balances. The role acts as a key coordination point between Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance to ensure that commercial activities, trade spend claims, and customer deductions are properly validated and reconciled. The role also requires direct engagement with customers, including periodic onsite visits, to resolve disputes, review account statements, and strengthen collection and reconciliation processes. The objective is to improve cash collections, reduce overdue balances, and ensure transparency and control over trade-related financial transactions. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Collections Monitor customer balances and aging reports to ensure timely collections. Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and outstanding balances.
