<p>We are looking for a <strong>Team Manager </strong>To manage a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards.</p><br><br>

<li>Bachelor’s in Poultry Processing /Food Technology or related field </li>

<li>Handled a multinational and multifunctional workforce Experience in finalizing plans /targets with production management team with regards to production and maintenance activities</li>
<li>Maintain safe working environment and minimizing accidents. Exposure in automated process control production</li>
<li>Propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce cost and improve service level. Co-operative with superiors peers and subordinates.</li>
