For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.<br>Job Description:<br>Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Configuration:<br>Configure Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting Cloud to support IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance Set up lease contracts, ROU assets, amortization schedules, and lease liability balances Configure Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) for IFRS 16 and ASC 842 accounting events and GL interface Implement Multi-GAAP accounting to support parallel reporting under IFRS 16 and local GAAPSet up lease payment schedules, interest calculations, and periodic compound interest calculations Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties for lease accounting functions<br>Lease Lifecycle Management:<br>Manage end-to-end lease lifecycle: contract creation, activation, modification, reassessment, and termination Handle lease events including rebook, transfer, assumption, renewal, and buyout/termination quotes Support Operating Lease and Finance Lease classification and accounting treatment Configure short-term lease and low-value asset exemptions as permitted under IFRS 16Manage lease modifications and reassessment of lease liabilities with updated discount rates<br>Integration & Reporting:<br>Integrate Lease Accounting with Oracle GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Tax modules Configure Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for data flows between lease and financial modules Generate statutory reports: Portfolio Summary, Portfolio Details, Lease Details, and disclosure notes Support financial audit requirements with accurate lease obligation and ROU asset reporting Produce amortization schedules, liability roll-forward reports, and maturity analysis<br>Testing & Delivery:<br>Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and documentation of as-is and to-be business processes Develop and execute unit testing, SIT, and UAT test scripts and scenarios Support data migration from legacy lease systems to Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and finance teams<br>Required Skills & Qualifications:Functional / Technical Skills<br>5+ years of Oracle ERP experience with hands-on Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting or Oracle Property Manager (EBS) Deep understanding of IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting standards and their balance sheet impact Knowledge of ROU asset recognition, lease liability calculation, and amortization under IFRS 16Strong understanding of Oracle financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, and Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud configuration and functional setup manager Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for lease-related integrations<br>Accounting & Compliance Knowledge:<br>Solid understanding of lessee vs. lessor accounting treatment under IFRS 16Knowledge of finance lease vs. operating lease classification criteria Understanding of incremental borrowing rate (IBR), discount rates, and present value calculations Awareness of IFRS 16 transition approaches: full retrospective and modified retrospective methods Familiarity with lease disclosure requirements under IFRS 16 (maturity analysis, ROU asset movements)<br>Soft Skills:<br>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across finance and IT teams Analytical mindset with attention to detail in financial data and compliance validation Ability to translate complex accounting standards into system configuration requirements<br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>Oracle Fusion Financials or Lease Accounting Cloud certification Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) Experience with multi-currency and multi-ledger lease accounting environments Familiarity with GASB 87 (government lease accounting standard) Experience with Agile project delivery and tools such as JIRA or ADOExposure to EPM / Oracle Planning Cloud for IFRS 16 capital lease asset planning<br>Application Deadline: 20-July-2026<br>Privacy Note:https://www.tcs.com/connect-with-tcs/privacy-policy
