Build strong relationships with guests by understanding their wellness preferences and recommending suitable treatments and experiences. Handle guest concerns, feedback, and service recovery professionally and promptly. Ensure every guest interaction reflects the resort's commitment to exceptional luxury hospitality.<br> Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and motivate the spa team to achieve operational excellence and outstanding guest satisfaction. Conduct regular training, performance coaching, and skills development sessions. Foster a collaborative, positive, and guest-focused working environment. Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of spa colleagues. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.<br> Financial & Commercial Performance Assist in preparing and managing departmental budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses. Monitor daily revenue performance, productivity, retail sales, and treatment utilization. Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through treatment promotions, wellness packages, and retail product sales. Control operational costs while maintaining exceptional service quality.<br> Quality, Health & Safety Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain compliance with company policies, spa operating procedures, and local regulatory requirements. Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and storage of spa products, linens, and operating supplies. Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet luxury presentation standards.<br> Wellness Programming Implemented wellness initiatives, seasonal promotions, and signature wellness experiences. Coordinate wellness activities, fitness programs, and special guest events. Ensure consistency in treatment protocols and wellness programming across all spa services.<br> Sustainability Support sustainable spa operations through responsible resource management and environmentally conscious practices. Promote eco-friendly products and operational procedures aligned with Red Sea Global Hospitality's sustainability commitments. Encourage colleagues to actively participate in sustainability initiatives.<br> Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey. Provide operational updates, performance reports, and recommendations to the Resort Manager. Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.<br><br><br>Key Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5–7 years of luxury spa experience, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of luxury spa operations, wellness programs, fitness facilities, and guest service excellence. Experience managing spa therapists, wellness practitioners, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and cost control. Knowledge of spa management systems and hotel property management systems is preferred. Professional spa, wellness, or hospitality certifications are an advantage. Key Responsibilities:• QA/QC Implementation — Implement and monitor quality assurance and control procedures on site.• Inspection & Testing — Review ITPs, witness key inspections, and verify material compliance.• NCR Management — Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions to closure.• Support to QM — Support the Quality Manager in audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.• Coordination — Coordinate quality matters with construction supervision and design teams.<br>• Experience covering more than one package type (roads, wet utilities, or dry utilities/HV).<br>Implements quality assurance procedures on infrastructure and utility works, witnessing inspections and managing non-conformances through to closure.<br>Provides quality assurance oversight across multiple interfacing infrastructure and utility packages on large-scale developments, supporting consistent QA/QC delivery.
