Business Development & Revenue Generation • Drive sales for GI and PI ductwork solutions, air distribution products, and HVAC systems across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors in KSA. • Meet and exceed targeted sales volume (minimum SAR 10 Million+ annually). • Identify, secure, and manage high-value projects with key clients, particularly Saudi Aramco, Tier-1 EPC contractors, commercial developers, and government entities. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial project tracking to final commercial execution and collection.<br><br>2. Technical Sales & Estimation: • Review project specifications, HVAC design drawings (CAD/PDF), and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to prepare accurate take-offs for GI & PI ductwork and accessories. • Provide technical solutions and product alternatives (PI vs. GI ducting advantages, acoustic/thermal insulation requirements, pressure classes per SMACNA) to consultants and clients. • Prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, submittals, and tender responses. • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to project managers, consultants, and Aramco project management teams (PMT). <br><br><br>3. Vendor Approval & Pre-Qualification: • Lead company pre-qualification and vendor approval processes with target clients (e.g., Aramco Vendor Registration / SAP Portal, SEC, Ministries, and major consultants). • Coordinate factory visits, material approvals, and compliance testing with client quality assurance teams. <br><br>4. Account Management & Project Execution Support :• Maintain close liaison with project sites, fabrication yards, and production teams to ensure timely material delivery and satisfaction of client specs. • Oversee commercial negotiation, contract closure, payment milestones, and debt collection. <br><br><br><br>Required Qualifications & Technical Skills :• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • KSA Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in Saudi Arabia specifically selling HVAC equipment, GI ductwork, and Pre-Insulated (PI) ducting systems. • Sales Track Record: Proven history of handling individual annual sales budgets/volumes of SAR 10 Million and above. • Key Client Network: Established relationships and past successful submittals with Saudi Aramco, major regional MEP contractors, and top-tier consultants. • Software Proficiency: o Auto CAD (Capable of reading, reviewing, and extracting BOQs from HVAC & duct layouts). o Sales & Estimation Tools: MS Excel (Advanced), CRM systems, and estimation software. • Licensing & Availability: o Saudi Driving License is mandatory. o Must be available for Immediate Placement (Transferable Iqama). <br><br>Key Competencies: • Deep technical understanding of GI Ductwork (SMACNA standards) and PI Phenolic/Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Ductwork systems. • Strong knowledge of Aramco engineering standards (SAES / SAMSS) related to HVAC and air distribution. • Exceptional negotiation, contract closing, and client-relationship management skills. • Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage)

Experience interpreting architectural drawings, layouts, BOQs, and project specifications. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer - Design to join our dynamic engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering innovative solutions that meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities:Lead the electrical design process for various engineering projects from concept through detailed design. Professional in Design of construction projects and infrastructure. Manage team performance with regular reviews and feedback. Provide the team members with clear deliverables and direction. Provide input to the Department Action plan. Actively contribute to the continuous development of the Section/ Department. Supervise the team and distribute the tasks among the team to fulfill the requirements of design project components. Participate in the coordination meetings related to projects, whether with Clients or other disciplines and communicate with the Line manager/ Project manager accordingly. Coordinate with other disciplines and other relevant functions to ensure the validity of the work. Generate concepts & designs for projects to meet Clients’ requirements & develop on existing data. Gather all required information for preparation of presentations, drawings and documents. Communicate with the design team members to clarify drawings details & discuss modifications. Study and reviewing relevant tender document prior to starting preparation of design drawings and planning for the design related activities. Prepare the reports related to the departments’ activities to be presented to the client and conduct any necessary filing activities for the correspondences and letters. Follow up on financial issues related to the projects with the PMs and financial department. Prepare progress reports and work schedule updates, as well as minutes of meetings as necessary. Prepare replies to project related correspondences in coordination with the project management. Understand Client’s requirements for each of the assigned tasks and executing the tasks’ requirements according to the set design standards of the department. Develop periodic reports related to the activities of the department. Provide value engineering for designs and finding better ways to develop drawings and reduce costs. Follow up on financial issues related to the projects with the finance department and follow up with the project manager in case of any issues Consider the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints. Provide technical assistance to the employees to increase the quality of work and overall efficiency as per the instructions of the section head Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers. Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in the design of construction and infrastructure projects. Strong building design experience (mandatory). Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and international standards. Proficiency in REVIT. Preferred Skills:Experience with large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
