Personnel Manager, to perform wide variety of responsible personnel and Administration tasks in the processing and maintenance of personnel related documents in support of Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate pay to employees in compliance with established policies and procedures</p><br><br>

Job Summary:The Lead Mechanical Engineer is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the planning, and execution of Mechanical systems of the projects, ensuring they meet client needs, budget, and regulatory requirements. As a team leader, you will lead the team of Mechanical professional, provide guidance, and are responsible for the overall success and quality of projects, working closely with the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) team of over 80 site professionals. Reporting to the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and the Client, you will ensure the project meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and design integrity. This role requires a strategic leader with the expertise to execute a vision, manage resources, and deliver outstanding results within set timelines and budgets.<br>Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead all aspects of Mechanical systems, from conceptual studies to construction documents, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers and other engineering disciplines, to ensure project success. Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring projects meet performance objectives. Acting as a technical expert in Mechanical Engineering and the final technical approval authority for the discipline Lead the development, installation and testing of complex mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards, while meeting LEED sustainability standards. Ensure that design specifications are precisely followed, maintaining a balance between cultural authenticity and modern design standards. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and resource plans to optimize efficiency and minimize project risks. Collaborate with financial teams to monitor cost control measures and ensure transparency in budget reporting. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Guarantee adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards throughout the construction process. Implement quality control inspections, addressing any discrepancies with immediate corrective actions.
