<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>1 - Planning and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Translating the Bank Strategies into short and long term action plans and implementing them with coordination with his/her subordinates.</li><li>Supervising the formulation of the plans and programs that aim to enhance the development of the department, in accordance with the approved strategies.</li><li>Monitoring the technical performance of the department and setting performance and productivity standards for units under supervision.</li><li>Preparing the Branch Local Sales Plan.</li><li>Distributing sales targets for each product/ service and for each employee, and setting standards to evaluate performance.</li><li>Conducting regular meetings with the branch employees to discuss circulars, new programs, and to set targets for all concerned employees.</li><li>Conducting monthly meetings to compare current performance with expected one, recognize achievements and deviations, identify reasons behind deviations, correct deviations, and to set plans for the next month.</li><li>Attending periodic meetings with management and preparing presentations of the Branch achievements either financial ones or non financial ones.</li><li>Following up any sales opportunity initiated by employees through sending referrals.</li><li>Participating in setting the Branch budget in coordination with the concerned departments, supervising adherence to it, identifying deviation if any, and correct any deviation if any.</li></ul><p><strong>2 - Transaction Processing And Control:</strong></p><ul><li>Managing & directing the activities related to reviewing and auditing the branch daily portfolio, monitoring the clients accounts and auditing daily cash operations</li><li>Supervising tellers activities including preparing transactions and applications, reviewing and auditing the applications and ensuring forwarding them to the concerned parties in a timely manner.</li><li>Providing support & advice for the branch employees, evaluating branch performance, participating in identifying training needs according to training requirements and forwarding reports to the direct manager.</li><li>Directing activities and procedures related to Retail Banking through supervising the implementation of the of daily plans and programs.</li><li>Supervising the customer services employees, ensuring clarifying the services offered, monitoring how employees deal with clients and coordinating with head office to solve problem and complains.</li><li>Supervising executing customers applications such as opening accounts, deposits and withdraws, checks deposits, accepting loans, issuing remittances and others, and following up executing them in coordination with central operations.</li><li>Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.</li><li>Meeting regularly with subordinates and assigning tasks and activities and ensuring it s effective implementation and compliance with endorsed procedures.</li><li>Following up training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of training courses, and following-up on employee administrative affairs such as: vacations, leaves etc.</li><li>Keeping keys, and pin numbers under custody secure.</li></ul><p><strong>3 - Service Quality</strong></p><ul><li>Maximize departmental production and minimize faults made by staff</li><li>Ensures timely posting of all transactions ( Cash area & Customer service area)</li><li>Supervising handling customers complaints in an appropriate manner, contributing in solving important ones, and ensuring achieving customers satisfaction.</li><li>Receiving the branch VIP customers, assisting the branch manager in managing the external relationships for the benefit of promoting AlRajhi Bank and the banking services offered creating new opportunities to enhance the branch profit.</li></ul><p><strong>4 - Reports</strong></p><ul><li>Reviewing internal and external auditing reports and following up solving any pending issues in this regard.</li><li>Preparing periodic reports with respect to the division's activities and achievements to be submitted to his/her Direct Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>5 - Operations:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure that DMS documents are migrated</li><li>Implementing instructions for filing suspicions of money laundering and fraud</li><li>Working to achieve the branch s goals as one team (sales - • You will execute day‑to‑day purchasing in Coupa P2P, ensure timely PR‑to‑PO conversion, enable suppliers, and partner with stakeholders and Accounts Payable to achieve operational KPIs, compliance, and value.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><p>Procure‑to‑Pay Operations (Coupa)</p><br><p>• Review and validate PRs against policies, budgets, and approval matrices; convert to POs in Coupa P2P with accurate terms, coding, and delivery details.<br>
• Manage PO lifecycle: amendments, change orders, closures, and receipt support; ensure on‑time issuance for operational continuity.<br>
• Coordinate with AP to resolve invoice exceptions (price/quantity mismatches, 3‑way match issues, missing receipts)<br>
• Maintain accurate master data for suppliers/items; support catalog setup and controls to drive on‑contract buying and compliance.<br>
• Track and action PR/PO cycle time SLAs; communicate status proactively to requesters and stakeholders.</p><br><p>• Run compliant competitive quotes for low to medium complexity buys; analyze bids using total‑cost‑of‑ownership criteria (price, delivery, warranty, service).<br>
• Support category initiatives with data extraction from Coupa (spend, compliance, usage); suggest demand consolidation opportunities.<br>
• Engage suppliers to confirm availability, lead times, and delivery performance; escalate risks early.</p><br><p>• Enable and onboard suppliers in Coupa in line with due‑diligence and HSE/ESG requirements; maintain complete audit trails.<br>

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for bid comparisons and spend analysis; familiarity with ERP integrations to P2P.<br>
• Understanding of basic contracting terms (Incoterms, delivery, warranty) and 3‑way match controls.<br>
