Overall Purpose of the Job To support the delivery of UoM – Dubai's Careers, Alumni, Employer and Community Engagement activities by coordinating programmes, events, communications, stakeholder engagement activities, surveys, and data management processes across the student lifecycle. The post holder will support student engagement, career development activities, alumni engagement initiatives, employer relations activities, mentoring programmes, community engagement initiatives, and institutional events, while ensuring accurate data capture and reporting within institutional systems.<br>Key Responsibilities1. Student Engagement & Career Services· Coordinate onboarding career activities and student engagement initiatives.· Schedule and coordinate career coaching clinics, appointments, and follow-up activities.· Organise career workshops, webinars, masterclasses, networking sessions, and employer engagement activities.· Support the delivery of career readiness initiatives, including CV reviews, Linked In optimisation, interview preparation, and career development sessions.· Promote career services, opportunities, events, and resources to students.· Maintain records of student participation and engagement activities.· Track attendance and engagement across career development activities.· Assist with the distribution and collection of student surveys and feedback.· Advise and support students throughout their Live Business Projects (LBP) and Live Capstone Projects (LCP) <br>2. Data Management & Reporting· Maintain accurate student, alumni, employer, and stakeholder records within Educore and other institutional systems.· Update engagement records, communication logs, attendance records, and activity data.· Manage Graduate Destination Survey (GDS+) data collection activities.· Assist with data validation and record maintenance.· Prepare routine reports relating to participation, engagement, attendance, and stakeholder activities.· Ensure compliance with institutional data management and confidentiality requirements.<br>7.
