<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph"><ul><li>Oversee all construction and maintenance activities at electrical substations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.</li><li>Minimum 10 years experiences with SEC Grid Stations 132  KV Level Minimum</li><li>Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for substation projects, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Lead and mentor multidisciplinary site teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high performance and skill development.</li><li>Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the construction and commissioning phases of substation projects.</li></ul></div></section><section>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experiences with Electrical Substations (SEC & Saudi Aramco Projects), Saudi Council Of Engineering Registered (Preferable),</li><li> Work Experiences in the Construction of OHTL. </li><li>Minimum 10 years experiences with SEC Grid Stations 132  KV Level Minimum</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical substation construction, maintenance, or project management.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing complex substation projects from inception to completion.</li></ul></section>
