Job Title: BIM Engineer – Civil & Infrastructure Location: Saudi Arabia<br>Role Purpose The Civil / Infrastructure BIM Engineer will support the development, coordination, review, and management of civil and infrastructure BIM models and related digital deliverables across design development, IFC readiness, shop drawing production, construction coordination, site logistics coordination, as-built development, AIM preparation, and digital handover. <p>Planning engineer supporting delivery of hospitality (hotels, stadiums, museums, hospitals) projects across the Middle East, ensuring effective project planning and schedule control in line with contractual requirements.</p>
<p>Develops, updates, and monitors project schedules, tracks progress against baselines, and performs delay analysis in coordination with site teams, contractors, and project controls. Prepares reports and forecasts to support decision-making, enabling timely identification of risks and ensuring successful project delivery within defined time and cost objectives.</p>
