<p><b>Who we are looking for</b></p><br> <ul><li>This managerial position has responsibility for managing the day to day Fund Accounting administration service ensuring that all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time and in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards.</li><li>You will act as a senior escalation point within the team for all internal State Street and Client related queries and is expected to take ownership or delegate as appropriate.</li><li>The role holder is expected to work with State Street’s Outsourced Service centers and Centers of excellence ensuring that all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards</li><li>The candidate will also be responsible for the management of staff, ensuring that all staff are trained, coached and developed in line with their role and development pathways.</li><li>The Accounting Officer is directly responsible for leading projects, performing team and department level analysis of the process, running initiatives related to all aspects of the business at departmental level.</li><li>The candidate is expected to be well versed in Arabic to be able to translate/review statements that may require translations to English by Operational FA teams</li><li>This position is based out of Riyadh, KSA but may include other Middle East domicile funds in remit</li></ul> <p>We are looking for exceptional individuals to help drive this continued success and contribute positively to our market leading position</p><br> <p><b>What you will be responsible for</b></p><br> <p>As Fund Accounting Officer you will</p><br> <ul><li>Oversee Valuations for specified clients and ensure that all relevant checks to the Funds NAVs have been completed. This will include checks against fund benchmarks and reasonability reports.</li><li>Maintain managerial oversight of all operations conducted by the Fund Group.</li><li>Act as escalation point for technical issues encountered in the daily business.</li><li>Ensure sufficiently trained staff are available to service the clients and deliver quality service.</li><li>Monitor errors and potential losses/ breaches. Complete loss/breach documentation and ensure remediation/ training are identified and relevant remedial action is taken and training (as appropriate) is completed.</li><li>Attend service calls as required and plan accordingly for confirmed projects. cooling systems, HVAC equipment, pumps, heat exchangers, fuel systems, and fire protection systems.</li><li>Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, editing, or validating SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs.</li><li>Working familiarity with mission-critical and data center standards, codes, and operational practices, including ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO, IEC, Uptime Institute Tier Standards, TIA-942, BICSI, applicable local authority requirements, and international building, mechanical, electrical, and fire codes.</li><li>Ability to interpret standards and apply them to real-world data center design, commissioning, operations, maintenance, operational readiness, and emergency response procedures.</li><li>Understanding of critical environment operational practices, including change management, permit-to-work, risk assessments, lockout/tagout, incident response, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Experience aligning SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs with client standards, regulatory requirements, and international best practices.</li><li>Excellent technical writing, documentation, reporting, verbal communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, operations teams, and multidisciplinary project stakeholders.</li><li>Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, mechanical troubleshooting, organization, time management, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as
