‏⁦مهندس مشتريات فنية – إلكتروميكانيكMEP Technical Procurement Engineerتسعى الشركة إلى استقطاب مهندس مشتريات فنية متخصص في أعمال الإلكتروميكانيك، يمتلك خبرة عملية جيدة في السوق السعودي، ويستطيع التعامل مع متطلبات المشاريع من زاوية فنية قبل أن تكون تجارية.هذا الدور لا يقتصر على طلب الأسعار أو التفاوض مع الموردين، بل يعتمد بشكل أساسي على قدرة المرشح على فهم المخططات، قراءة جداول الكميات، مراجعة المواصفات الفنية، وتحليل العروض المقدمة من الموردين والمقاولين للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع والاستشاري والكود المعتمد.نبحث عن شخص لديه معرفة جيدة بأنظمة التكييف والتهوية، مكافحة الحريق، السباكة، إنذار الحريق، الأنظمة منخفضة التيار، والأنظمة المرتبطة بأعمال MEP، ويستطيع دعم إدارة المشتريات وإدارة المشاريع في اختيار المواد والموردين المناسبين فنيًا وعمليًا. يتولى مهندس المشتريات الفنية مراجعة طلبات الشراء الخاصة بأعمال MEP والتأكد من اكتمال المستندات الفنية قبل إرسالها إلى الموردين. ويشمل ذلك مراجعة المخططات، جداول الكميات، المواصفات الفنية، جداول المواد، واعتمادات المشروع ذات العلاقة.كما يقوم بتحليل العروض الفنية المقدمة من الموردين والمقاولين، والتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع، مع إعداد مقارنات فنية وتجارية توضّح الفروقات الجوهرية بين العروض، وليس الاكتفاء بالمقارنة السعرية فقط.ومن ضمن مهامه مراجعة الكتالوجات الفنية، شهادات المطابقة، بلد المنشأ، الضمانات، واعتمادات المصنع، والتأكد من أن أوامر الشراء تصدر بناءً على مواد معتمدة ومواصفات صحيحة.يتطلب الدور كذلك التنسيق مع الاستشاري، المكتب الفني، إدارة المشاريع، وإدارة العقود عند الحاجة، خصوصًا في الحالات التي تتطلب اعتماد بدائل فنية أو دراسة فروقات في السعر أو الجودة أو مدة التوريد.كما يُتوقع من المرشح متابعة البنود الحرجة وطويلة التوريد Long Lead Items، ورفعها مبكرًا للإدارة لتفادي تأثيرها على البرنامج الزمني للمشروع.نطاق الخبرة الفنية المطلوبةيفضل أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة جيدة في أغلب أنظمة الإلكتروميكانيك، وبشكل خاص:أنظمة التكييف والتهوية HVACخبرة عملية في مراجعة أنظمة VRF / VRV، وحدات التكييف المنفصلة والمركزية، وحدات AHU وFAHU وFCU، مراوح الشفط والهواء النقي، الدكت وملحقاته، مخارج الهواء، الدامبرز، وأنظمة التحكم المرتبطة بالتكييف.ويجب أن يكون قادرًا على مراجعة الكتالوجات الفنية ومطابقة السعات، الأداء، الضمان، بلد المنشأ، ومتطلبات المشروع.أنظمة مكافحة الحريق Fire Fightingمعرفة جيدة بمضخات الحريق، شبكات الرش الآلي، صناديق وخراطيم الحريق، شبكات الهيدرنت، الصمامات، المواسير والوصلات، وأنظمة الإطفاء بالغاز عند الحاجة.ويفضل أن يكون لديه فهم عام لمتطلبات الدفاع المدني والمعايير المرتبطة مثل NFPA وUL/FM متى ما كانت مطلوبة في المشروع.أنظمة إنذار الحريق Fire Alarmالقدرة على مراجعة مكونات أنظمة إنذار الحريق مثل لوحات التحكم، كواشف الدخان والحرارة، نقاط الإنذار اليدوي، أجراس وفلاشات الإنذار، وحدات الربط، وأنظمة النداء أو الإخلاء الصوتي عند ارتباطها بمتطلبات السلامة.كما يفضل أن يكون لديه فهم لطريقة ربط النظام مع التكييف، المصاعد، الأبواب، BMS، وأنظمة التحكم عند الحاجة.أعمال السباكة Plumbingمعرفة بأنظمة تغذية المياه، الصرف، المضخات، السخانات، الصمامات، الأدوات الصحية، وأنواع المواسير المستخدمة مثل PPR وUPVC وHDPE وCast Iron حسب متطلبات المشروع.الأنظمة الكهربائية والأنظمة منخفضة التيارلا يشترط أن يكون المرشح متخصصًا كهربائيًا بشكل كامل، لكن يجب أن يكون لديه فهم عملي كافٍ للتعامل مع متطلبات الشراء الخاصة باللوحات الكهربائية، الكابلات، الإنارة، حوامل الكابلات، أنظمة CCTV، Access Control، Data & Network، Structured Cabling، Public Address، Intercom، BMS، وSMATV / MATV.الغرض هنا ليس أن يقوم بدور مهندس التصميم الكهربائي، بل أن يستطيع قراءة العرض الفني، اكتشاف النواقص، وفهم مدى مطابقة المواد للمواصفات والاعتمادات المطلوبة.فضل وجود أحد أو بعض ما يليدورات أو شهادات في أنظمة مكافحة الحريق NFPA.دورات في أنظمة التكييف والتهوية ASHRAE.معرفة جيدة بالكود السعودي للبناء Saudi Building Code.دورات في أنظمة HVAC أو Fire Fighting أو Fire Alarm.دورات في Low Current / ELV / ICT Systems.دورات في BMS أو أنظمة التحكم بالمباني.شهادة CIPS في المشتريات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.شهادة PMP أو CAPM تعتبر ميزة إضافية، وليست شرطًا أساسيًا.المتطلباتبكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية.خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في أعمال MEP.خبرة عملية داخل السوق السعودي.تسجيل مهني لدى الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.قدرة عالية على مراجعة العروض الفنية واعتمادات المواد.معرفة جيدة بالموردين والوكلاء داخل المملكة.إجادة العربية والإنجليزية.يفضل وجود دورات في NFPA أو ASHRAE أو Saudi Building Code أو أنظمة Low Current.يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية مع كتابة المسمى الوظيفي:MEP Technical Procurement Engineer
