<p>NPI Manager responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, working closely with Project Lifecycle Management, Vehicle Integration, Design Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new products and engineering changes into production. This role ensures that introductions are executed without disrupting production schedules or compromising vehicle quality, while verifying that all required approvals, validations, and readiness criteria are completed prior to implementation.</p><p><b>You Wil</b>l:</p><ul><li>Manage a team of NPI engineers to drive Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from evaluation to execution and deployment at plant shops level. Construction Manager oversees the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure or building projects. They act as the primary bridge between executives, contractors, and site teams, and are accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Strategy: Define project scopes, develop comprehensive execution plans, and establish delivery milestones. On-Site Execution: Supervise construction activities, coordinate logistics, and manage daily briefings with contractors to ensure smooth operations. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project delays, budget overruns, or safety hazards, and implement immediate recovery plans. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between clients, government authorities, utility providers, and multidisciplinary design teams. Commercial & Contract Oversight: Assist in budget control, cost forecasting, variation claims, and contract compliance (often using frameworks like FIDIC). Quality & Safety (HSE): Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, and oversee quality assurance and site audits<br>.<br>Required Skills & Qualificatio<br>ns<br>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.15–20 years of experience in construction management, project delivery, PMC environments, contractor management, or large-scale development projects. Proven experience on mixed-use, high-rise, hospitality, commercial, residential, or major infrastructure developments. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, risk management, commissioning, and handover processes. Experience working with developers, consultants, contractors, and project management consultants. Professional certifications such as PMP, CIOB, MRICS, PE, Saudi Council of Engineers, or equivalent are preferr<br>ed.
Key Responsibilities1. Customs Documentation Management Prepare, review, and validate all import/export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other customs-required paperwork). Ensure every document is accurate, complete, and fully compliant with Saudi Customs regulations and SILZ requirements.2. Customs Clearance Execution Manage end-to-end clearance processes at ports and SILZ gates, including declaration, inspection handling, and cargo release. Quickly resolve clearance issues such as document discrepancies, system errors, or inspection holds to avoid delays.3. Duty & Customs Exemption Management Support duty payment processes and handle exemption applications in line with local customs and tax laws. Execute duty optimization strategies while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.4. Cross-functional Logistics Coordination Work closely with warehouse teams, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Track shipments from departure to factory receipt, ensuring full end-to-end visibility and control.5. Exception Handling & Problem Resolution Act as the primary operational contact for any customs or logistics exceptions. Rapidly identify issues, correct documentation errors, and coordinate with all parties to resolve disruptions – minimizing demurrage, storage fees, and shipment delays.6. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all import/export activities strictly adhere to Saudi Customs laws and SILZ regulations. Proactively prevent compliance risks, including penalties, shipment holds, and regulatory violations.7. Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization Continuously improve clearance workflows to reduce lead time, avoid port congestion charges, and enhance overall supply chain performance.8. Production Continuity Support (Top Priority) Guarantee timely clearance and delivery of inbound materials to keep factory operations running without interruption. Your ultimate KPI: zero production line stoppage caused by customs or logistics issues.<br>Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on customs clearance experience in Saudi Arabia. Manufacturing industry background is preferred. Experience with bonded customs zones is a strong plus. System Knowledge: Proficient in Fasah and Bayan (Saudi customs/government systems). Comfortable working within system-driven, standardized processes. Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English – you will directly communicate with Saudi customs officers and the international business team. Execution & Problem-Solving: Strong execution capability; able to fix documentation errors quickly and efficiently under pressure. On-site Commitment: Willing to work on-site at locations designated by the company in Saudi Arabia.
