<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Overview The Maximo Administrator is responsible for managing facility equipment and asset data within IBM Maximo, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimal system performance. This role involves validating asset inventories, developing performance dashboards, supporting workflow processes, and implementing configuration changes. A full time, on site commitment in Riyadh is required to support project teams and ensure seamless system operations. Your role Verify, create, and manage facility equipment/assets, their locations and hierarchy. Validate Maximo asset inventory data for completeness and accuracy. Develop and capture performance metrics to create dashboards using Power BI to communicate internally and externally, all corrective and preventive maintenance activity across the account. Gather data requirements for Maximo workflow processes. Work and support Maximo specialists to ensure Maximo data requirements meet local objectives and expectations. Ensure that Maximo is functioning optimally and that daily system checks are performed according to established operating procedures. Implement small scale configuration changes to Maximo EAM / Maximo Application suite. Provide support to project teams implementing larger scale system change. Provide support to data asset data team to ensure loading of data is done in the most efficient manner. Full-time commitment to the project is required, with on-site presence in Riyadh</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Experience: Minimum of 5 7 years experience in Maximo administration, asset management, or enterprise asset management systems. Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM, workflow processes, and configuration management. Data & Reporting: Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for dashboard creation and performance reporting. Analytical Skills: Ability to validate data accuracy and identify gaps in asset inventories. Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with specialists, project teams, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for resolving system issues and ensuring smooth operations. Commitment: Willingness to work full time on site in Riyadh.</p><p></p></section>
