Administer routing, switching, VLANs, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless infrastructure. Manage inter-site connectivity, redundancy, and performance optimization. Own IP addressing, segmentation, and network standards. Cisco Meraki Devices and Portal Management Network Security & Perimeter Defense:Administer and harden NGFW platforms (firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, segmentation). Manage secure remote access (site-to-site and client VPNs) Operate network security monitoring and incident response workflows. Perform regular security reviews of network configurations and access controls. Collaborate with SOC/SIEM teams during investigations and threat response. Cybersecurity (Network-Focused):Manage network-level security tools (NDR, firewall analytics, traffic inspection).. Support endpoint and email security platforms in coordination with systems/security teams. Participate in security incident handling, root cause analysis, and remediation. Conduct vulnerability reviews and network security assessments Unified Communications & Operational Support:Manage and support voice infrastructure, including Cisco IP Telephony, Voice Gateways, and local PABX systems with call routing and trunk management. Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting complex network and security issues across WAN/LAN for on-premises and remote sites. Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive corrections to ensure reliability and availability. Operations & Governance:Act as L3 escalation for complex network and security issues. Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, and SOPs. Work with vendors and service providers for upgrades and support. Participate in audits and compliance activities related to network security. Collaboration & Integration:Work closely with the IT Systems Lead on identity, cloud connectivity, and system integrations. Support Microsoft 365, cloud, and datacenter connectivity from a network/security perspective Ensure network readiness for new applications, systems, and business initiatives<br>Minimum Requirements for the Role Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent (preferred). Experience5–8 years in network administration / network security roles Experience in multi-site enterprise environments Firewall administration (Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, Palo Alto, or similar) Hands-on operational ownership (not only design) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Enterprise routing & switching (Cisco or equivalent)- Network troubleshooting at L3/L4 level- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Be able to organize and prioritize workload- Be willing to travel overall Saudi Arabia
