Preparing legal regulations, defense memos, appellate briefs, petitions for cassation, and petitions for reconsideration. Experience in foreign investment regulations for companies and the Capital Market Authority. Experience in labor and commercial cases. Familiar with the Commercial Bankruptcy Law. Experience in establishing and liquidating companies.<br>Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law. 10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in the field of law and legal consulting, commercial, civil, and labor litigation. Proficiency in both Arabic and English, speaking and writing (mandatory requirement). Extensive knowledge of Saudi law and relevant international laws.
