<span>Role Purpose The Chief Technology & Digital Transformation Officer (CTDTO) is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation strategy to enable business growth, operational excellence, innovation, cyber resilience, and long-term competitiveness.<br> The role integrates IT, digital platforms, data, automation, AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies into a coherent transformation agenda aligned with corporate strategy, value creation, and shareholder expectations.<br> Key Accountabilities 1.<br> Enterprise Technology & Digital Strategy Define and own the 3–5-year Technology & Digital Transformation Roadmap aligned with corporate and business strategies.<br> Translate business objectives into scalable digital platforms, architectures, and capability roadmaps.<br> Lead modernization of legacy systems and transition to cloud, data-driven, and AI enabled operating models.<br> 2.
