<p>We are looking for a <b>Logistics Charge Hand </b>to join one of our giga projects in Riyadh</p><p><br></p><p><b>Job purpose</b></p><p>Lead a frontline logistics crew and execute daily material movement, access, housekeeping, and site-support tasks safely and efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key responsibilities</b></p><p>· Receive daily instructions, brief the assigned crew, allocate tasks, and confirm tools, PPE, and permits are available.</p><p>· Supervise unloading, internal transport, distribution, stacking, protection, and removal of materials and waste.</p><p>· Coordinate banksmen, flagmen, helpers, and access control around deliveries and mobile plant.</p><p>· Maintain clear roads, walkways, emergency routes, laydown areas, loading zones, and work-front access.</p><p>· Check lifting accessories and manual-handling arrangements within the team scope and report defects immediately.</p><p>· Verify attendance, productivity, housekeeping, and completion of assigned tasks.</p><p>· Escalate clashes, unsafe conditions, damaged materials, access restrictions, and resource needs to the supervisor.</p><p>· Participate in toolbox talks, inspections, and incident or near-miss reviews.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

<p>Key Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement). 2. Manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and in compliance with applicable accounting standards. 3. Review and post complex journal entries, accruals, and prepayments. 4. Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes. 5. Oversee the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors. 6. Monitor accounts receivable, aging reports, and follow up on overdue collections with the sales team. 7. Review bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly. 8. Assist in monitoring cash flow and preparing cash flow forecasts. 9. Review payment runs and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. 10. Manage petty cash and bank relationships as needed. 11.
