Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related technical field.• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in joinery, wood manufacturing, custom furniture, or interior fit-out works.• Strong practical knowledge of wood materials, veneers, boards, hardware, CNC works, joinery construction, and finishing systems.• Advanced proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Excel.• Strong ability to read architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.• Proven experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, BOM, Cut Lists, cost estimation, and price analysis.• Good understanding of factory production processes and site installation requirements.• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and coordination skills.• Good command of Arabic and English. Preferred Skills• Experience with Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.• Previous experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end joinery projects.• Knowledge of ERP, production planning, or CNC preparation systems.• Valid Saudi driving licence.
