Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect Engineer to join the project team for the Qiddiya Training Academy project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works and ensuring that construction is carried out in accordance with approved designs, drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> نظرة عامة KEO هي مؤسسة إبداعية، حيث تعتبر الابتكار أسلوب حياة. نحن مجهزون بالقدرات الكاملة لتقديم الخدمات من المفاهَمة إلى realizacion? إلى تحقيق التخطيط، التصميم أو تسليم المشروع في البيئات المبنية والطبيعية. لأكثر من 60 عامًا قد قادتنا الرؤية، مساهمين في العديد من أكثر المشاريع طموحاً في العالم، أماكن أيقونية، تجارب استثنائية ومجتمعات مزدهرة. كشركة AEP/PMCM متعددة التكامل ومرنة، تُعترف KEO من قبل ENR بأنها واحدة من أعلى 225 شركة تصميم دولية وواحدة من أعلى 20 شركة PM/CM دولية. كما تصنفها World Architecture كأكبر شركة عمارة عالمية في المرتبة 57، وأول شركة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط في استقصاء WA100 لعام 2024. ندعوك للانضمام إلينا. لماذا؟ عند الانضمام إلى KEO، ستكتشف أكثر من مجرد وظيفة – ستجد بيئة داعمة تعزز تطويرك المهني من خلال التنقل العالمي الداخلي وتطوير المسار المهني وتعمل في ثقافة تدعم الصحة والرفاهية على مستوى الشركة من خلال خدمات الاستشارة عند الطلب وعيادات العمل المنتظمة. ستُدعى للاحتفال بفعاليات المجتمع مثل الأيام الرياضية، والجري الممتع، وفرق رياضية داخلية وتنظيف الشواطئ. بالإضافة إلى حزمة المزايا التنافسية سيُتاح لك الوصول إلى باقة سياسات تشمل ترتيبات العمل الهجينة، رعاية رياضية فردية، رعاية دراسية، مكافآت الإحالة الوظيفية، برامج الإرشاد والتوجيه، ودورات تعلم داخلية على الطلب. المسؤوليات نبحث عن مهندس معماري أول ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق المشروع في مشروع أكاديمية تدريب القدية. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على الأعمال المعمارية والتأكد من أن البناء يتم وفق التصاميم والمخططات والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات المشروع المعتمدة. سيتضمن الدور تنسيقاً وثيقاً مع المقاول والاستشاري والتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى لضمان تسليم الأعمال المعمارية بنجاح عبر المشروع. <ul><li>الإشراف والرصد للأعمال المعمارية لضمان الامتثال للمخططات والمواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع المعتمدة.</li><li>مراجعة رسومات الورش المعمارية، وتقديم المواد، والعينات، وبيانات الطريقة، والتقديمات الفنية.</li><li>تنسيق الأعمال المعمارية مع الإنشائيين والميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة والتصميم الداخلي وغيرها من التخصصات.</li><li>إجراء فحوصات ميدانية منتظمة ومراقبة جودة وتقدم الأعمال المعمارية.</li><li>مراجعة والرد على RFIs والأسئلة الفنية والقضايا المتعلقة بالعمارة.</li><li>تحديد قضايا التصميم والبناء والتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية المعنية لضمان الحلول في الوقت المناسب.</li><li>ضمان توافق المواد والتشطيبات والعمل معايير الجودة المعتمدة.</li><li>مراجعة النماذج والعينات والتشطيبات والتأكد من تماشيها مع نية التصميم المعتمدة.</li><li>مراقبة امتثال المقاول لتفاصيل التصميم المعماري المعتمدة وطرق البناء.</li><li>المشاركة في اجتماعات تقنية وتنسيق مع المقاول والاستشاري وفريق المشروع.</li><li>مراجعة الرسومات المعمارية والوثائق وضمان تنسيق صحيح بين التصميم ومتطلبات الموقع.</li><li>مراقبة الأعمال المعمارية مقابل برنامج المشروع وتحديد التأخيرات أو القضايا المحتملة.</li><li>مراجعة الرسومات كما بنيت والتأكد من أن التوثيق المعماري يتم صيانته وتحديثه بشكل صحيح.</li><li>تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم لفريق المشروع بشأن المسائل المعمارية.</li><li>ضمان الامتثال لقوانين ولوائح البناء السعودية المعمول بها والمعايير ومواصفات المشروع.</li></ul> المؤهلات لضمان نجاحك في هذه الفرصة الديناميكية، نتصور أن مسيرتك المهنية حتى الآن ستشمل 10+ سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة بالتزام مع درجة البكالوريوس. <ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المعمارية الأساسية إلزامية.</li><li>خبرة مهنية ذات صلة لا تقل عن 12–15 سنة.</li><li>خبرة قوية في مبانٍ كبيرة النطاق، استخدام مختلط، فندقة، رياضة، تدريب، تعليم، أو مشاريع معقدة مماثلة.</li><li>خبرة في الإشراف المعماري على المواقع وإدارة البناء.</li><li>يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة مع استشاري، PMC، أو مشرف استشاري.</li><li>يفضل وجود خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.</li><li>معرفة قوية بمكونات البناء المعماري والمواد والتشطيبات والتفاصيل والتنسيق.</li><li>فهم جيد لتنسيق الإنشاءات الإنشائية والMEP ضمن مشاريع المباني.</li><li>الإلمام بالرموز السعودية المعنية والمعايير ومتطلبات الجهة المختصة.</li><li>معرفة قوية بمراجعة رسومات الورش وتقديم المواد وRFIs والوثائق الفنية.</li><li>مهارات اتصال وتنسيق وحل مشاكل ممتازة.</li><li>القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة مشروع متعددة التخصصات وبوتيرة سريعة.</li></ul>
