In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, coordinating, and overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for complex urban master plan projects and large-scale infrastructure developments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, clients, and municipal stakeholders to ensure all MEP installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and local regulatory requirements across multiple phases and building types. comprehensive project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, as-built drawings, and master plan compliance records for multi-phase urban developments</li><li>Monitor project progress across multiple phases and communicate status updates to project management, municipal stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment with master plan objectives</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and Saudi Arabian building regulations specific to large-scale urban development projects and infrastructure requirements</li><li>Support continuous improvement Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or related discipline</li><li>Minimum 10 years of proven experience in MEP design and coordination on large-scale urban master plan projects, commercial developments, or complex infrastructure initiatives</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in designing and coordinating MEP systems for multi-phase, multi-building urban development projects</li><li>Advanced proficiency in reading, interpreting, and creating comprehensive MEP drawings and technical documentation for complex projects</li><li>Expert-level proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination software</li><li>Advanced understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC systems in the context of integrated urban infrastructure</li><li>Exceptional
