About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Technical Consultant – Equipment to join our Painting Equipment Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing technical support for industrial coating and painting equipment solutions.<br><br>Key Responsibilities• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and targets consistently.• Drive sales, marketing, and servicing efforts for company products and services within assigned accounts, projects, or business areas.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence of company products and services while achieving sales targets in alignment with organisational objectives.• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets in alignment with organisational objectives.• Embrace challenges to meet targets by creating innovative concepts and understanding the business environment.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, consultants, and contractors through proactive engagement and follow-ups.• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing tailored solutions and expert guidance.• Execute sales and marketing strategies in accordance with company policies and guidelines.• Conduct market analysis to understand business environments, trends, and customer needs.• Strengthen and promote the company’s image and business reputation among clients through consistent engagement, exceptional service, and tailored solutions.• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars to educate prospective customers about company products and services, including their features and benefits.• Prepare detailed technical proposals, tenders, and quotations; generate inquiries, negotiate terms, and finalize orders with clients.•Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.• Register the company as a qualified vendor/supplier with major enterprises and government organizations where required.• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic databases for all accounts and applications.• Support receivables follow-up and help ensure timely collection of payments.• Attend training sessions to continuously develop relevant knowledge and skills.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales. Experience in industrial equipment, coating & painting systems, surface protection, Oil & Gas, EPC, or related industries. Must be a Sales Hunter — direct customer acquisition, not support/coordination/admin only. After-sales technical support experience is a strong plus. Experience with technical proposals, quotations, and tender processes. Valid Saudi driving license. Professional English communication skills. Currently residing in Saudi Arabia. Transferable Iqama.<br>Preferred Qualifications Experience with Wagner, Graco, Binks, Kremlin, or similar brands. Existing network within contractors, EPC companies, industrial manufacturers, or government organizations. Experience in after-sales support and technical services.
