Ensure compliance with local regulations, event guidelines throughout the event. Compile post-event reports, evaluating site management successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.<br>QUALIFICATION:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Facility Management, Operations, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.<br>EXPERIENCE:Proven experience of 5+ years in site management, operations, or event management, preferably in sports or large-scale events.<br>SKILLS:Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage on-site logistics, teams, and resources effectively. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and teams. Proficiency in facility setup, layout, and infrastructure coordination for large-scale events. Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and contractors. Experience in managing a team, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure. Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines related to event setups, safety, and operations. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
