Professional certifications are an advantage, such as Balanced Scorecard Professional, Strategy Management Professional, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. 10-15 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business transformation, performance management, or management consulting with m inimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or strategy leadership role. Proven experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and organizational transformation programs. Experience in government services, visa services, travel, tourism, aviation, shared services, consulting, customer service, or large corporate organizations is highly preferred. Strong experience in KPI design, Balanced Scorecard, corporate performance management, executive reporting, and strategy execution. Experience working with CEOs, executive committees, boards, or senior government/private-sector stakeholders is highly desirable.</p><p></p></section>
